Attention folks: Any Soldier Inc. has a fundraiser going!
We need your help!
Most of you are great supporters and we really appreciate that.
Did you know that of the millions of people who get addresses from us, only about 4% donate for that service? We don't set a 'price', and we don't 'charge' by address, we rely on folks donating for the service we provide according to the value of that service. Folks that get more than a few addresses value what we do.
Get a tax deduction AND help the Troops!! We ARE a 501c3!
Please, hit this and help us be here tomorrow:
Let's Get Started:
This effort is 100% voluntary.
You send your support, and maybe some stuff, directly to whatever unit or units YOU select.
|| We have volunteer Soldier "contacts" on the "Where To Send" page. They list what the folks they represent want and need. Click through the names and YOU select who YOU wish to support, then YOU send direct to them. We have a unique search capability so you can easily identify what the troops need, who you wish to support, etc.
All the Soldiers involved in this effort are military volunteers stationed in areas that are overseas. You send your support (letters and/or packages) addressed to them and when they see the "Attn: Any Soldier®" line in their address they put your letters and packages into the hands of Soldiers who don't get much or any mail first. Everything is shared.
PLEASE read the entire web site before you send anything, then START SMALL.
Please, never start a drive or collection unless you have sent packages yourself first.
We want you to be informed and comfortable with this effort.
Thank you for your support!
|Sergeant Brian Horn, then an Army Infantry Soldier with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, was in the Kirkuk area of Iraq when he asked his parents for even more care packages. He agreed to distribute the packages that came to him with "Attn: Any Soldier®" in his address to soldiers who didn't get much or any mail.
Brian later completed a tour in Afghanistan and is now home, but has a sister in the Army. AnySoldier.com continues much larger than ever with supporters world-wide!
Any Soldier Inc. started in August 2003 as a simple family effort to help the soldiers in one Army unit; thus, our name. Due to overwhelming requests the Any Soldier® effort was expanded to include any deployed member of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Sergeant Brian Horn in Afghanistan
Effective 22 February 2012
, we now include troops NOT just assigned to war zones
ALL else remains the same on this web site. Troops assigned to locations within the United State will not be accepted however (at least at this time).
So, for example, if a Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine wishes to be a contact and is stationed in Germany, Korea, Greenland, etc., they may do so
as long as they agree to the terms and conditions of being a 'contact'.
We also discontinued annotating what areas are declared as war zones because it has become impossible to keep up with the changes. We strongly suggest you use our unique search tool to find the troops you wish to support.
Want to do automatic monthly donations? Email Chrissy who will help you set this up.
Doing good things
with your support.
Please help this effort continue to grow.
Donations are tax-deductible!

||The Independent Charities Seal of Excellence is awarded to the members of Independent Charities of America and Local Independent Charities of America that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify, document, and demonstrate on an annual basis that they meet the highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. These standards include those required by the US Government for inclusion in the Combined Federal Campaign, probably the most exclusive fund drive in the world. Of the 1,000,000 charities operating in the United States today, it is estimated that fewer than 50,000, or 5 percent, meet or exceed these standards, and, of those, fewer than 2,000 have been awarded this Seal.|
Any Soldier Inc. is proud to be one of them!

HOT TIP: PLEASE don't even consider doing a 'collection'
until you have actually sent at least one care package yourself.
